somthing new to complain about.

Have you heard of the "Kitty Krew"?
they are a group of untalented bastards who keep making crap animations and flood the site, so they can get rewards. all they do is make a 2 second loop, give it a name that makes you want to whatch, and put every word they can think of on the description so no matter what you search, there videos come up. then they vote on there own crap many times to keep it on the site.if it doesnt make it to the site, they keep re-submitting it. the name doesnt even match the animation!

I have to admit, getting tricked the second or third time was funny, however, past that its annoying as hell.
which brings me to my pourpose for writing this,

I shall build a new group to combat them
anyone willing to join me just has to pm me (or leave a comment below)(this is just so i know how many people are with me) and vote "0" on all of there submitions

Note: I'm still trying to come up with a group name, please send me Ideas

P.S. this group will not only be for getting rid of kitty krew, they where just the most infamous. this group will take down any group that spams the site.

cannon (coalition, against, nasty, newgrounds, operating, noobs)
tank (tanking, all, newgrounds, krap) I know how to spell crap.

2. Mass voting is against the rules and is far more harmful to NG than spam.
3. Flash can't be blammed after passing judgment, so zero-bombing doesn't work.

I disagree,
1. k.k. flashes are still being submitted
2. voting up your own submissions is also against the rules, but they did it
3. tell that to all the flashes in the graveyard

you need to seriously know what ur talking about.
Kitty krew may be weaker, but it still exists, and its members(for the most part) dont deserve to be on this site.

btw, mass voting is only against the rules, if its all one person w/ many accounts.

I love when people try to lecture me on how the Portal works. It's almost like they don't know who I am.

The Kitty Krew IS dead. What you're seeing is the occasional dying gasp of people who wish it still existed. There's no organization, no actual group. The Barney Bunch had the same thing happening for more than a year after their actual break-up. A revival is very unlikely. Some members have split into newer groups---you can occasionally see modified versions of the old KK preloader on spam flashes---but the KK itself is dead.

Voting five on your own submissions is not against the rules. It's when you encourage others to do the same that it is---however, the authors and their friends are not why spam passes; rather, it's the save-hungry NG public who does all their work. The Portal, as it is now, is the Portal that they asked for, and it's the Portal they deserve.

And you're flat out wrong about flash being able to be deleted after judgment. They can't be. Even if they get down to 0.01, they will be here forever unless the author or an admin deletes it.

Mass voting is always against the rules, and this ridiculous anti-spam shit is far more harmful to the site than any flash group. And it won't accomplish anything.
